AI For Business: Hands-on training to get the most out of ChatGPT
Every leader has seen the transformative potential of AI, but most are struggling to see the tangible benefits within their own work and in their organizations.
Join us for a three-part training series designed to equip business leaders with the knowledge and skills to harness the power of ChatGPT. These sessions have been tailored to provide business leaders with an understanding of AI applications in the workplace through a blend of interactive, hands-on sessions.
Participants will identify specific use cases within their own working context and engage in practical exercises to apply AI effectively.
Topics covered will include:
- A new framework for working with AI
- Prompt engineering: how to maximize the value you're getting from ChatGPT
- Advanced ChatGPT usage: Custom GPTs, data analysis & reporting,
- The broader AI landscape: what's beyond ChatGPT?
These sessions will be hosted by Tyler Frans, CEO of
Sense and Motion, an AI Agency focused on supporting organizations in adopting and utilizing AI to its fullest potential. Tyler spent 15 years growing a digital transformation agency, Domain7, where he was a partner and COO, leading large scale transformation efforts with organizations across North America and Europe.

Sept 18 –
Emailed Preparation Deck – Sent out to all Attendees 1 week Prior to Workshop 1.
This is to set context and help you identify a few real use cases, to use during the sessions. You should be prepared to spend an hour on this on your own ahead of Workshop 1.
Sept 25 –
Workshop 1 – 2.5hrs In Person
Participants will spend some time settling in and setting expectations, followed by an introduction to prompt engineering, including prompting mindsets, types, and structuring. The session covers few-shot learning, multi-modality (text, voice, image, video), and briefly addresses security, privacy, and ethics. Participants will engage in several hands-on development exercises, working in small groups on actual use cases, with group discussions after each exercise. The session concludes with a wrap-up, discussing key takeaways, identifying gaps, and setting goals for the next session, including a preview and homework.

Workshop 2 – 2.5hrs In Person
Participants will begin with discussing their progress since the last session. The session covers advanced ChatGPT usage, including mindset reminders, custom GPTs, code interpreter, and web browsing. Participants will engage in hands-on development exercises, working individually or in small groups. The session concludes with a wrap-up, discussing AI tools, the LLM landscape, ChatGPT for enterprise, key takeaways, and setting expectations for the virtual check-in.
