With more than 20 years of experience as an applied neuroscientist and human performance coach, Dr. Bertram teaches some of the world’s greatest entrepreneurs, executives, and athletes how to maximize learning, build resilience, and optimize performance under pressure.
In sport, Dr. Bertram has worked with some of the world's most celebrated athletes including numerous Olympic gold medalists, World Champions, XGames Champions, PGA Tour winners, Collegiate National Champions, and many other athletes and teams from across the sporting landscape.
As the Senior Director of Applied Neuroscience at Exos, he applies his experience from working with elite athletes in high-consequence environments to developing data-driven performance strategies for business leaders across the Fortune 100 and beyond.
In addition to holding a faculty position at the University of the Fraser Valley, Dr. Bertram has been invited to speak at Harvard and Stanford universities and has been featured in The Globe and The Mail, The Toronto Star, The Vancouver Sun, The New York Times, Inc. Magazine, as well as on CNBC and the Golf Channel. Dr. Bertram earned a Ph.D. from Simon Fraser University and completed the Neuroscience for Business program at MIT.
