Join the Women's Leadership Collective and the Chilliwack Chamber at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre for an inspirational evening with our powerhouse special guest, Lindsay Benard.
Lindsay Benard is a Dale Carnegie Corporate Trainer who focuses on empowering women in their careers. This presentation will help you in discovering and drawing from your natural strength while building the courage and confidence you need to take command of your role and achieve the unexpected. You will learn strategies to gain the trust and respect of the people around you, creating a culture that works harder for you at all levels of your organization. With more support, your team can take the lead in putting their ideas into action more efficiently, increasing their performance, along with your company’s, by working smarter at every step.
Dale Carnegie has over 100 years of helping companies of all sizes generate revenue, increase productivity and reduce costs by revealing their bright and resourceful workforce. Their programs, show people all over the world how to communicate in a way that draws others in, so they can form closer, more rewarding relationships.
Lindsay has over twenty-five years of experience as Corporate Trainer in Sales, Leadership, and Management. She studied at UBC and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Organizational Behavior. Lindsay is certified with Dale Carnegie curriculum. Her areas of specialty are Sales, Communication, Leadership, Management, Employee Engagement, Customer Service, and Corporate Customization. Some of her former clients are Jim Pattison Group, Athletes Canada, Kal Tire, Seaspan International Inc., Cactus Club Restaurants, Lafarge, and Craftsman Collision.
In this workshop, we will look at behaviors and techniques for women leaders that will help them assess and build their skills to allow them to achieve their full potential.
