Using the Microsoft Power BI platform, I developed a solution connected directly to data sources, with a dynamic refresh accessible in Microsoft Teams for everyone. This solution provides:
• A director’s dashboard showing Gross Sales, trended over time
• A dynamic Map dashboard with a heat map showing recent sales by region/customer
• A Roasted Report visualizing the volume of various products being sold
It saves untold administrative hours. And it allows for real-time targeting of sales/marketing efforts to get the best results.
