Description

Best Mistakes: An Evening of Raw Conversations with the Women's Leadership Collective

The best leaders aren't the ones who never got it wrong. They're the ones who got it wrong, owned it, and turned it into their next right move.

At Best Mistakes, three successful women from three very different industries take the stage to share the honest, unfiltered stories behind their biggest business mistakes: the moment they knew something had to change, how they pivoted, and what they built because of it, not in spite of it.

Then, the conversation deepens. A candid leadership panel explores the challenges these leaders have faced, the missteps they've navigated, and what it really takes to keep leading when things don't go to plan.

This isn't a night of highlight reels. It's real talk from real leaders, because we grow fastest when someone is brave enough to go first.

Whether you're building a business, leading a team, or finding your next direction, you'll leave with one powerful truth: a mistake isn't the end of the road. It's an invitation to change direction, work differently, and build something even better.

Come for the honesty. Leave with the lessons.
