Jordan Forsyth is a lawyer with Baker Newby LLP, where he works with business clients, non‑profit organizations, and individuals on a wide range of transactions, agreements, and negotiations. He takes a practical, collaborative approach to his work, regularly partnering with accountants and other professional advisors to support effective tax planning and business structuring.

Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia, where he received the John E. Sullivan Memorial Prize in Constitutional Law. His practice is informed by a strong commitment to clear communication, empathy, and practical problem‑solving.
