You're invited to be a part of a Peer Mentoring Group to connect with other women entrepreneurs in Harrison-Agassiz and build your support network! 

As part of a Peer Group, you'll connect with an experienced entrepreneur who has been there, gets the grind and shares her knowledge so you don't have to learn the hard way. With a group of fellow entrepreneurs supporting you, you'll gain the clarity to focus on what really matters, and feel more confident making decisions for the future.

ABOUT PEER GROUPS

Each session provides the opportunity to connect with other women entrepreneurs to support and encourage one another to stay motivated, and boost your business skills on topics that you can apply to your business. In this structured program, you learn from the experience of your mentor, while benefiting from the diverse viewpoints of the other group members, each with different strengths.

Erin Houldsworth

Erin is the owner and Confidence Curator of The Perfect Feather in Chilliwack, BC — a studio known for natural-looking permanent makeup and restorative tattooing.

After spending nearly 20 years in corporate administration, Erin followed a calling sparked by a heartfelt conversation about alopecia & enrolled in permanent makeup training in 2016. One month later, she opened The Perfect Feather, unsure of how quickly her life would change — but certain she had found work that mattered.

Today, Erin specializes in custom brows, eyeliner, lip blush, paramedical tattoos, and professional teeth whitening. She’s built a reputation for blending artistry with safety, and every client is treated with care, intention, and respect.

Her mission is simple: to help every client leave feeling confident, seen, and genuinely themselves.

GROUP DETAILS

• Presenting in partnership with the Harrison-Agassiz Chamber of Commerce
• Thanks to grant funding from the Women Entrepreneurship Strategy, the program is FREE to all participants in 2026!

Eligibility: Identify as a woman, over the age of 19, actively operating a business in BC that generates revenue, and in the first five years of operating your business

Interviews will take place from December 18 to January 14.

January 21 and 28

Feb 4, 11, and 25

March 4, 11, and 18
