Founded in 1964, the Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board (CADREB) is a Not-for-Profit society, fully owned by its 360+ members, and serving the regions of Yarrow, Chilliwack, Sardis, Rosedale, Agassiz, Harrison Hot Springs, Lytton, and Hope. 

How We Help: 

Advocacy – We serve as the voice of our members at the local, provincial, and federal levels of government 

News and Alerts – We help our membership stay up-to-date on the latest rules, regulations, industry news, and market trends 

MLS® Support – We manage and maintain the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) 

Education – We ensure access to ongoing education via the provincial Professional Development Program 

Market Insight – We regularly review and report on the real estate market within our regions and our province. 

Oversight – We ensure our members comply with all rules, regulations and ethical standards, and operate a complaint and review process through our Business Practice, Ethics, Arbitration and Professional Standards System. 

Community Outreach – We work with our communities through various REALTORCare™ programs such as the Annual Blanket Drive, which provides warm blankets and clothing to those in need. You’ll find our REALTORCare™ tent at various community events through the CADREB area.
